I believe my bipolar depression was being compounded by several issues that I am now dealing with. I just want to say these are my short term to moderate term goals. Get out of debt and be financially secure. Not live paycheck to paycheck.
Get my social life back in order. Get my apartment clean and hospitable. Lose fat. Get a girlfriend. Get a pet. Win the Lottery __________________ Lactimal 175 mg Pristiq 100 mg Gabapentin 1800 mg Klonopin 1mg. Major depression Social anxiety disorder |

I hear you on getting your social life back in order - it's currently something I'm working on too!
Best of luck. |

Yes I'm dealing with the financial issues to and trying g to get my bankruptcy paid for and gather the papers needed. Have 2 years of taxes to get straightened out and trying to stay stable and get to work every day. Sometimes it's overwhelming for me

The lottery should be at the top. If you do, everything else will be solved.

The lottery would be nice. Mainly I would just like to get me day to day expenses in order so that I would quit running out of money before payday. I would like to be able to enjoy my retirement but am lonely and out of touch.

Sound like very good plans.

Well I want to get married, buy a home, get my EA license, and adopt a kid. We're getting married on the 28th and we're looking at homes. So hopefully I can cross those two off my list. I also plan to start studying for the EA license right after tax season ends. Hopefully all of these things start falling into place and I can achieve them all without become manic or unstable.

-Lose weight (control night eating).
-Remember to smile and compliment people or at least the 'compliment sandwich' to avoid demotivating them, especially my students. -Think less about bipolar. -Waste my own time less by doing the right things well, rather than being a perfectionist about stuff that doesn't matter. -Avoid all or nothing thinking and practice CBT on myself (got a new app called 'moodnotes' that seems pretty cool). __________________ dx: Bipolar I (Spring 2014). |

Edit: Besides, your brain will waste away anyway, so better start early. Sidenote: Seriously, toxicity and atrophy helps you get prepared for it, gradually. A lot better. Toxicity helps with cancer: cells are creepy, some evil, anyway. __________________ Mania kills cells. Brain cells die.
