Where do you want to be in 1 year from now?
I want to get my mood stabilized, once and for all. It's okay if my mood isn't *perfectly* stabilized, but rapid cycling sucks!  I also want to do better in my job. I haven't been performing to my ability (I think it's partly because of my unstable moods, though). Finally, I want to move out of my parents' house. I want my own place and want to buy a dog. (I've done all sorts of research on dogs and which kind I want.  ) I just have a lot of student debt to pay off...

I want to be in better physical shape. I'd like to be walking and lose 20 pounds.

I want to be off meds.
I want to maintain and do well at my job. Running daily and in great shape like was a few years ago. In a healthy dating relationship. |

I want to be still be stable mood wise I want to have my financing situation under control, I want to have time off built up a work and take a vacation day for something I'll enjoy and take unpaid time because I'm sick

Still in the same place objectivelly. Working, being a do-gooder. But in safe geopolitical situation. Which is so not gonna happen.
