And I'm not really sure how I'm doing.
He's back home now, and sleeping. It was really hectic yesterday. He's been dizzy intermittently for 3 weeks, and at the urgent care we found out that his blood pressure was really high. Next stop ER, where he was fast-tracked to a doctor because of having diabetes for 47 years. They did the chest pain protocol, lots of tests yesterday and today, and discharged today with no findings of heart or neurological issues, but a possible link to variable high blood pressure and dizziness. Yesterday, my mind went to worst-case scenarios, and I felt so scared. My daughters were so sweet. To distract me, the older taught me to use a facial product via video call, and the younger listened to my recount of the day. I was somewhat discombobulated, and fell in the shower last night. Ouch! What a weird Sunday. I still feel like I need to discharge some energy though. Yesterday and today I didn't fill out the part of my mood chart that states if mood is elevated or down, or how irritated or anxious I was (scale of 0-3) because I don't know if what I experienced and felt were within my in-balance-basically-ok, or whacked-out-really-not-ok. Does that ever happen to you? The not being sure how things went? |

I think I know what you mean. When I miss a day on my mood chart (or enter on the wrong day and have to go back and edit), it's sometimes hard to back and remember...wait how was I yesterday? Especially since I've been so up and down lately as we adjust dosages.

I'm glad your daughters were there for you. That sounds like a hectic and scary day. I think anyone would be discombobulated. I'm sending hippie healing vibes to your husband!

I think your reactions were... amazingly.... normal. Your husband was in the hospital and you didn't know what was wrong. Of course your moods were all over

Discombobulated. Awesome!!!.
That's how I feel most days. Selfdiscombobulated. in my case, the meds. They make my brain slower than my hands. I'm glad everything is fairly back to normal and your husband is allright.
