Today is the first time in a long time I feel happy and productive.
I feel so guilty for not going back to work though.
I am working on staying in the moment, but I know this mood can go away any minute.

This is so hard.
Am I alone?

I'm happy you are feeling better. Yes, enjoy the moment and hope for continued happiness! Everyone heals at their own pace, so take it one day at a time. Please try and hope for the best. I know it's hard after falling so many times, but go out and enjoy what has happened and keep the momentum going! Take care.

Nope. I deal with physical and mental crap. Right now, I feel I could work. Family wouldn't agree and they are probably right. I have a job lined up which should be available in a few months. I may be taking that step to test things. I feel guilty about it. If you don't feel guilty for not working, you are not from this century. Besides, I'm American, a cattle crop of labor for the 1%. I'm letting them down man!!!! Who gives a crap about me, it's about profit. You die with a tool in your hand. Cut yourself some slack. ((((Hugs)))

How long do you tend to stay well?
Thanks for this!

Elsa- that happiness has passed.
Nice while it lasted, too bad I spent the whole time obsessing about a career I'm never going back to...

(((Hugs))). I feel like that sometimes too. Like you'll never get better. Dont give up hope. It will work out. And if you are not meant to work, there are other things. Meet yourself where you are at. That is my advise and mantra for the day. (((Hugs))))
