Times day for my panic d/o.

I haven't taken it all today...I'm fine!!!

I warn people who take benzos on a regular basis so here I go lol... Taking benzos daily will lead to physical dependence so i recommend taking is as needed when you're already having anxiety. Unless you don't mind being physically dependent on something, that's your own choice. There. That was my speech. I'll get off my soap box now.

I was only taking it to get through crisis and will only take it prn now. I haven't been taking it three times a day for weeks now lol

I have it prn for sleep but rarely use it for that

Haldol 5mg (+5mg during mixed episodes)
Vyvanse 40mg morning 20mg noon
Benztropine 0.5mg

I take ativan for sleep. If I need to take more I take more. If I need to take less I take less. Don't have a problem with it. However my pdoc is changing me to clonazepam because it lasts in my system longer n may help with my sleep better. M concerned only because I don't want to wake up groggy when I have to get up in the morning although I can always cut the pill in half for a lower dose if I have to. I've been on n off the benzos without any problems as long as the taper off of them is long enough.
