Anyone ever suffer from this? You hang your toungue out your mouth like a dog. The toungue is slow and you constantly bite it (literally). How do you deal with it?
Btw I take klonopin

I would ask about switching to a different benzo. I have taken up to 2 mg a day of Xanax (only on really bad days in stressful situations) with no problems like that. Good luck!

Is not much. Now I'm thinking I take it only to sleep. If it does something, I don't notice.
During the day I've only taken .25 xanax to combat the Adderall comedown.
So I don't know what will do during the day. Well, I tried.

Are you sure that is from the benzo? That sounds more like extrapyramidal syndrome movements from the AP (for example two of the times I've had this I've moved my tongue like a snake and have bitten it during that). You definitely need to talk to your pdoc about this; if it is EPS you may need to add a med to control it or in some cases change meds.

EPS=extrapyramidal syndrome. It's various movement related issues that can come from APs. They are less likely with atypicals than older drugs but I've had it on both. Your dr needs to know that you may have symptoms of this because if it isn't treated it can become permanent (quite rare).

It may be nothing but EPS is not something you want to mess with. There are drugs that help (cogentin and propanolol, sometimes gabapentin).
