Is there anyone willing to take a shower for me? I need one for tomorrow but I'm so tired. I'm taking volunteers.

Ugh I have to shower tomorrow too. I don't want to! But I haven't since the weekend. I've washed my hair but no shower. So I guess it's time. Such a pain in my *** though.

So sorry I won't volunteer for your shower but I'll send you positive vibes to get it done!

I wonder if someone would take 2....I should shower now so I don't do my overly ambitious errands with wet hair but not gonna happen.

I really hope I get my clozaril lowered a little Monday so maybe I'm more motivated.

I was told to increase mine to 400 MG but I didn't do it. I guess it doesn't matter now.

I was on 375. It was a lot. 325 is a lot easier to handle so I suspect 400 is pretty heavy. I just can't stand the lack of motivation. I feel like I can't do anything because I'm so groggy all the time.

I used to take Nuvigil and am hoping that my pdoc will let me try it again since I have a bunch or that there is another stimulant I can take with the MAOI that wouldn't send me to the moon (unlikely). I'm going to a big family reunion at the beach next month and I really want to see people, not sleep all day.

But at least I feel better. I told my therapist today that there's a new shopping center going up near his office and the sign says "coming fall 2016". For so long I thought I wouldn't be here when it opened but now I do. Which is good progress.

I hope you get the right meds with this new dr. I think you are going to have to be really patient as you get off the mess you're on now but I think something is going to work great for you. You've tried the ridiculous way, now the scientific/medical way should succeed. (as it always should have if you'd only had a normal dr)
