@RaspberryTorte: glad you liked it. I was particularly charmed by the way it said to, "Invite your negative emotions in, welcome them, give them a hug, make them a cup of tea!" So refreshing after all that CBT nonsense.

Thanks for posting this. I bookmarked it also. I am having a very very hard time with self acceptance. I've always had problems with it, but it's a thousand times worse since my diagnosis.
