I know this is going to sound really weird, but sometimes I have difficulty differentiating between dreams and reality.
I'll look back in time and think "did I really do that or was it just a dream?" Idk. I had another one of those moments today. I can't recall if I actually bought a new battery for my electronic scale or if it was just a dream. I can't seem to find the battery anywhere, but it's possible I lost it? No idea. Either way, I know for a fact that I bought it. I just can't remember if I bought it in a dream or in reality. lol That's just a simple example. Anyone else like this? It's weirding me out |

I have this exact same problem! I've been like this for as long as I can remember. So you're not alone. It's a very bizarre feeling.

When I'm awake for 5 days in a row things become dream like, and I have difficulties trying to distinguish what is and is not real.
