Hi. It's late and I am medicated and sleepy but I have thoughts rushing around and they are just too much. Some are really exciting and some are boring. I can't believe how many things I need. How am I alive when there are so many things I need? I started keeping a journal that will be more detailed than the mood chart I have been using. I feel like my brain is close to working again. I started seeing inanimate objects in much greater detail but I haven't met any new people yet. How do I decide what order to do things in? Hi guys hope all is well.

You do the things you need to live first and then do the fun things later. Of course, sometimes you need to have fun first. Good luck!

when i make a to do list, i try to put numbers next to each item in order of importance, but i guess you just have to figure out what is most important or if everything is of equal importance start with the easiest or shortest tasks. Good luck
