I try to remember to do this everynight....Gratitudes at night and affirmations in the morning (as well as setting my intention).
I am thankful for: coffee, birds, choices

My husband, my daughter, my pets... but there's more than three things to be thankful for.
My pdoc, bless her heart and mind, who keeps me chemically balanced and accountable. My friends. My apartment manager, who is so honest and talented... and the list goes on. |
