I managed to accomplish both tonight. The clozaril is working. (Granted the sheets were clean 2 nights ago and I slept on the couch b/c I was too tired to make the bed, but tonight I won.

Sometimes it's the really small things that matter the most.

Nothing feels better than going to bed in nice clean sheets after a nice shower. You will sleep great tonight I bet!

Yeah - agreed it's the small things that count

Now if I can just muster up the strength to tidy up my dining room and put my laundry away ...
Thanks for this!

This made me smile. Yesterday I was doing particularly awful and I tried to trade with my mum: she'd change the sheets on my bed and I'd shower (my mum really wanted me to shower yesterday evening). However she refused the 'trade' so I showered this morning (and changed the sheets yesterday).
Thanks for this!

For real, I haven't changed my bed sheets in a while... like, we're talking a couple of months. (Gross, I know.)

So, that's definitely a fine accomplishment on your part! Good for you!
Thanks for this!

I've done that too, bluebicycle, especially during severe depression.

Congrats Rainbow! I know how wonderful that feels, I did so a few months ago and I felt like all was right with the world!
