I have not been very stable the last couple weeks overall.
Super obsessive racing thoughts. Both ends of psycho-motor symptoms. Mixed stuff basically. It sucks. I've been taking PRNs and I think is settling me out. I also did some chanting and breathing yesterday. I think with PRNs it helped turn the corner. Can we do a 7 day study on doing meditation and or breathing 10 minutes a day and keep a journal (on here or otherwise) of how we are doing at that 7 day point. I want to be a lot more stable and in balance in 7 days, more and more each day. So if you wanna do it, reply and let us know you are starting today. I already did it. It really really settled me some. If you aren't up for it or are not sure if you'll do the whole time, wait to reply until those of us that do it give results in a week. |
