Mine is: content, but irritable (which I believe I've mentioned a couple of times). I tend to prefer being by myself, but I'm in a good enough mood that I still don't mind going out with people. Also, I'm not anxious or sad -- I'm juuuuust right.

What's your baseline?

I live alone, most of the time I'm a little on the depressed side, and some mild irritability.

My baseline is mildly depressed. I don't have much energy and not much to say and showering is tough. I've just completed ten months at baseline -- the longest i've ever gone!

Without meds, my natural baseline is mildly depressed. With meds, well, it depends on the med

Neither hypo/manic nor depressed...baseline is where I'm not thinking about my moods at all.

Baseline for me is usually not feeling much at all, just eerie calm kind of. It's hard to describe actually, heh.

I would say naturaly mildly depressed. BUT since my lamictal increase I've been feeling good. And I just started a new writing project and feel awesome!

I have no idea. Everything changes too quickly and I get mixed too easily. Maybe mixed is baseline? I really don't know. I'll have to ask my therapist.

For the last 14 months I've been in a depressed episode - trying tons of meds (AD) with no effect....
Then I had mixed episode for about a month, then back to depression.

BUT NOW! (And for the last 1,5 week) I've felt pretty "normal"/stable What is your baseline mood? yay!
Hope it'll last! Thank you lithium, lamotrigine and seroquel

I still don't know what my baseline is......struggling with it. I suppose it's a feeling of "normalcy" when I'm not acting up. The problem is this - my hypo gets me *very* quickly. I'm still battling with my therapist about it. She's trying a bunch of strategies to get me to recognize my moods but they change in the blink of an eye.
