While I do occasionally hear a voice/scream or a figure most of the else is not that much of this. There would be a voice in my head that is more of a thought that is not my own. It's kinda like that one song that gets stuck in your head. And for my visuals I mostly see things that I know are not happening but I think they are.. the one reason that I cannot for the life of me structure my thoughts correctly right now is not helping aint it XD
For a reason my baby sister's bottle was on the couch last night and I made the mistake of going to the toilet while no one is there, when I went back I looked at the bottle and I saw it standing on the couch, not moving but I felt so scared because I tohught that the bottle fell on the floor.. but it didn't and I know that.. same with some shadows, and the cat that I constantly see.. In the morning the bottle was standing on the couch but me went to the floor and picked it up, knowing that it wasn't there.. I am not explaining this right aim I? XD are those just delusions are what is that.. if anyone even understood what I was trying to say XD XD

So delusions something like "hey I'm something that I am not, here is that thing that is not here"
And hallucinations are "hey you are there but you aren't and here is my thing that only I can see"?

This is interesting, but I really have no idea what it might be. Do you have a therapist or psychiatrist that you can talk to about it? That would be the best thing to do. About the baby bottle, is it possible that, while you were in the toilet, you heard a noise that sounded like it might be a baby bottle falling?

About delusions vs hallucinations....
Delusions are about thoughts. There are various types.
Hallucinations are about the senses (seeing, hearing etc.) perceiving something that is not there.

Does that help in understanding the difference? Language can be a challenge in trying to describe something, especially these kinds of things.

I do have a psychologist but when I shared this she just said that our brain makes up stuff and if she wanted she could stare at the wall and make up figures. Yeah but when those things do happen with me I turn my head because I have seen for a second something while turning my head. With the bottle I went through the door and just saw it fall, no sound partially because of the carpet, it just fell. When I was little there was this shadow man who came out at night, I knew he wasn't there but I still thought he was there, just like with the bottle, and whenever he would come out I would hear an elephant. This happened every night just before I would fall a sleep. By what you defined as hallucinations and delusions, maybe those are just delusions.
