All I wanted to do today is cook a turkey breast in my slow cooker and clean my house. While scrubbing my cockatiel's perches and stuff in the laundry sink, the washer started to discharge water, and I panicked hollaring to my husband to, and I could only sputter sounds. Now I'm doing the slow shuffle, one thing at a time. I don't feel like doing anything now, just the duck and cover. I'm posting to refocus myself, I guess.

I'm sorry about your washer. I hate when something sets off my anxiety. Sending you hugs and healing energy. (((HUGS AND HEALING ENERGY)))
