Getting more stuff packed and labeled. Slowly figuring out what needs to be done.

Did the washing up.
Kept sleeping rather than feeling unnecessarily guilty for not staying awake at 5am just because my partner had to be up for work.

I took a shower and took my dog to a vet as she is having trouble recovering from her teeth cleaning last Friday. It went very well and i am hopeful she is on the road to recovery. Also went off my low-sodium diet which is a big relief. Also started allowing a morning cup of coffee into my diet which will cheer things up i'm sure. Also got back to listen to the radio -- such a good activity when i'm stressed-out from sleep-deprivation and my eyes are stinging and i want to rest with them closed but it's too early to sleep.
