Just wondering if I've covered all the bases. Should I add more detail?

So, I stopped taking my meds about a month ago. I hate the way they make me feel.

I felt great for awhile. Until the racing head and paranoia kicked in. Everything seemed sped up.That lasted for awhile. I don't remember everything that happened.

Ever since that I've been in a deep depression. It takes everything just to get out of bed. I don't even leave the house.

I don't think you need to go into any more detail, except maybe provide an example or two of what you do remember from when everything was sped up. But it's not really necessary to do so. I think this is all your pdoc really needs to know. I'm sure if your pdoc does need more detail they will ask

It all seems fine to me.

It's important for your pdoc to know how you felt on the meds how you're feeling now off them.

I hope you're able to feel better soon!
