Having a description word for our emotional pattern helps us to see where our feelings come from.

I am not borderline, I have emotional and mental responses that fall under that category.

I am not bipolar, I have emotional and mental responses that fall under that category.

I am not anxiety, I have emotional and mental responses that fall under that category.

I am not self esteem issues, I have emotional and mental responses that fall under that category.

I am not eating disorder, I have emotional and mental responses that fall under that category.

I am not what my parents, school, church, education said I was, but I have emotional and mental responses that fall under that category.

People are made of their genetic response along with their experiences.

I am not my diagnosis, I respond from my experiences with patterns that can be defined within perimeters of proven science.

Recognizing the origin of the unreasonable, heightened, or extreme response helps me to understand and predict my reactions.

The puzzle is becoming clear, but will it ever be a picture come to life, or will it always be a series of examinations of each piece?

How do we move past dissection and understanding into simply existing?
Thanks for this!
