I'm wondering what other people do with their time.

Me? Roughly 3 days a week I go to a day treatment program. If you are unfamiliar, its a psychiatric program that has various sorts of groups from issues about comflict management, art therapy, general coping skills, cbt and dbt stuff and even yoga and tai chi its done in a group format which has positives and negatives. Positives include socialization and being around people who understand negatives are drama, and sometimes being treated like children by the staff. I'd rather be working but...I'm in treatment I guess.

Other weekdays can be lonely as I am home alone during the day. I've fallen off on doing my projects but when I am motivated I do my own art projects, I also like to write. I'll be on the internet. I procrastinate on housework and hide from the neighbors.

Weekends are family time and that can get overwhelming at times, especially trips out and about but its nice being a part of something.

Right now I work during the week. I get home from work around 3:30 and pick up my son. Then we hang out and do our nightly routine of bath story and bed. Get up at 6:30 and do it all again.

I only have four weeks of school left though and then it will be summer break. I was hoping to get a summer job so I could have something to keep me occupied (my son will be in pre school still as it is a year round program) but I never got any calls. So I've got to find something to do with my time. I'm doing better with being alone but I don't want to get Ina pattern of sleeping all day and then staying up half the night.

I was put on disability for two months in February and I went to a day treatment program then so I know what you're going through.

Netflix is my best friend for when I need something to do

Also, Amazon Prime is okay, but it doesn't have nearly as much as Netflix does. I was thinking about getting Hulu.

I work full time, though. Sooooo... most of my time during the week is spent working. On weekends, it's Netflix, fun projects, reading... I don't really hang out with anyone nowadays. I'm pretty independent

I'm also in a day treatment program. I go 4 days a week. With the other time I fill it with my hobbies like learning Italian, playing the violin, reading and journaling.

I also take walks and go to Church

I should be in a day program but my days are filled helping my son with his work. Right now trying to keep my husband occupied and playing with my dog. I spend time on boards, facebook and computers. Summer is almost here so video games, busch gardens, and friends over will be the norm.

For a long times my days were blurred together only separated by sleep. I didn't get dressed and only left the house if I had a doctor appointment or the library. I'd turn the tv on for company and read...that's it. Starting tomorrow I will be working part time and leaving the house 4 days a week. I feel like a bud on a tree that's had a very long winter

Work, I run on my lunch break, workout after work, relax when I get home or write. I try to keep myself on a schedule. I think working out and exercise keep me in a happier state most days so I do a lot of walking and running everyday if possible.

Drop child at school, work 6 hours from home, pick children up from school & bus, afternoon kid activities every day until 5 or 6, make dinner, and either get kids to get their work done (practicing, rooms clean, shower/bath, prep for tomorrow) or go to a class twice a week until 8:30. Kids to bed, clean up the kitchen, sit on the couch for an hour in front of the computer watching something, sleep.

Somewhere in between, care for animals, do grocery shopping, do laundry.

Rinse & repeat.
