I'm trying to figure out what phase I've shifted into. All spring I was flying high, and now all of a sudden the bottom has fell out. I'm ok at times, but all it takes is to here a song that I haven't heard in a decade or two, and I get really sad to the point of crying. Or, thoughts of what my life was a decade or two ago deeply sadden me. I'm no longer fond of summer because of hot weather and air quality,. I'm just ready to hibernate until fall.
