Okay, this is weird. I don’t know if anyone else gets anything like this, but it’s happening a lot today, so I thought I’ll just put it out there even though it's kind of embarrassing. It’s when I get dysphoric hypomania, like a mixed episode, I feel like my insides are bursting to get out. It feels like there is intense pressure inside of my body. The intrusive thought I get with this is of throwing up. I don’t feel nauseous, I just keep thinking about throwing up to relieve the pressure and tension. I’ve tried actually making myself throw up to see if that would help, but it doesn’t, the thoughts continue. I’m sorry this is real gross and weird, I just figured I’d describe it because I’m tired of living in my twisted little world all by myself.

Yes, exactly, that kind of feeling. Like you just want to push everything out of your body because the pressure feels so intense. Thank you for understanding, that makes me feel better.
