No reason. I just stood up on my bed after watching a video about bees and I started laughing to the point of tears. I was hysterically laughing for about 3 hours because of a video about bees. Okay then. I'm okay with that. Now my stomach hurts because of that. Thank you.. whatever episode that was a part of..

That's long. But hopefully better than crying for three hours.

Completely besides the point: did you know that bees have an actual language not very different from ours (especially sign language)?

Ha! I did that one time. It wasn't for 3 hours but it was for a long period of time. I thought I was drunk with the Holy Spirit. My then almost 5 year old daughter knew it was insane and called me on it. "I was just thinking of something funny" I told her. Since I was home with her all day long, she saw the brunt of my not yet diagnosed illness.

Sounds like mania, please get checked by a physician.

I do this all the time, but not for 3 hours... maybe 30 mins to an hour

I like putting on the captions for YouTube videos... because YouTube is awful with captions

I once had to watch a documentary about lions in the Sahara desert, and I put on the captions because I was on an airplane and couldn't hear it well. It was pretty funny. Nearly every time they said "Sahara lion", it showed up as "sl*t lion".

"We watch closely as the sl*t lion prepares to catch her prey." HA

It probably is to be honest, don't see it as an issue. Getting my meds tomorrow, don't worry. My psychiatrist saw me today. I am with a very close friend. It was just funny because they referred to the bee as a furry beast.xD

I am just taking precaution with what you said. I have been known to laugh non-stop about a subject until completely worn out, but we all must understand if our behavior is normal and not a sign of mania. I am not trying to ruin the fun, I promise.

So do I. I always geek out about random things no one finds funny. One time I laughed hysterically (laughter where you start crying) looking at pictures I'd taken of my husband. For whatever reason he looked hilarious. That was years ago. Remembering it is making me start laughing.

I laugh out loud when I read funny bits in books, or on here( there's so many fun and funny threads here, like, I'm an idiot ) ...back when I rode the bus I got strange looks from the other passengers.

I've been criticized several times for too much (and too loud) lol-ing. Mostly from my sister because she doesn't understand why certain situations are so funny to me. Sorry, but I love to laugh!!

When I'm manic I laugh at everything. I laugh for a long time too. I will find innocence silly. I love it but other people think I'm crazy when I'm laughing for a long time at something others don't find as funny.

A good cleansing laugh can have a powerful effect on mood. Watch for the mania, but otherwise enjoy.
