I called it out before even getting diagnosed with Bipolar! Well at least the psychosis part.. But after going to a 2nd psychiatrist who can prescribe me whatever they wanted to prescribe me, she wrote on her diagnosis sheet thingy that is needed when I get my recipe book (I have no clue if that is just a Bulgarian thing) so .. wow I am everywhere XD So she wrote on there "Bipolar Affective Disorder ,Current episode: Mania with psychosis" It just took her for me randomly start laughing because a voice wouldn't stop singing "The wheels on the bus go boom and boom, boom and boom, so does you, The wheels on the bus go boom and boom all to our death!" after we wrote on a bus that smelled like burning metal.
Honestly I feel good, ignoring my crazy Russian church psychologist that talks more than me, finally having someone who understands me just a little bit is a relief. Also I've been prescribed: Explemed and Akinestat. From what the psych told us Explemed is to remove the side effects? Or my brain can be lying to me, after all the whole time that voice was singing that damn song XD |

Is depression your main concern (I don't remember if you mentioned it, sorry)? Otherwise, I'd suggest another antipsychotic or a mood stabiliser together with those meds. Do you actually have side-effects or is it a precaution?

Depression is my main concern but recently the psychotic episodes are adding up in me concern list Since it is my first antipsychotic (Explemed is an antipsychotic from what I read.. again my brain is up in the air so I might be very wrong) and haven't even started it yet so we will see what will happen. I am very prone to side-effects. (even from pain-killers.. you do not want to see me on my first day of period.. it's not pretty trust me) so probably I will need it, but once again a miracle might happen! Who knows! ![]() |

It's an antipsychotic, yes.
Any side-effects so far? I hope not. ![]()
