Soon im starting psychotherapy with a PhD, which was part of a conditional offer. This past week i've been sleeping more, and feeling less scattered. Maybe i'm even baseline.

The days go by just as quickly, but i feel like i'm in slow motion. Hopefully my mood doesn't follow, though i know it will. I am BP2 but more often hypo than depressed - more generally dysthymic.

So, it's coffee season.

I like any coffee that i can feel the effects of, but i prefer strong coffees. A bit of sugar can be nice, but i like to taste how potent it is. Beyond recognizing strong coffee, i'm not much a connoisseur.
