Anyone else seen this Pixar movie? What did you think of it?
It's about emotional imbalance and sadness taking over while joy fights to restore balance. Others I've talked to just describe it as cute and clever. My little daughter likes to watch it, but I can't handle it because I just cry through the whole thing. I've actually never been able to watch it all the way through. It really made me realize how badly my emotional problems have traumatized me. It's the same feeling I get with my PTSD.

I enjoyed it very much, gave me food for thought as I was just processing some avoidance stuff in therapy.... I watched it with my daughter and she said she now has a clearer understanding of what my BP does.

I love Inside Out!!
![]() I struggled with depression when I first saw it (still do), and after watching I felt it was easier to describe how I felt. I'll ask people if they've seen Inside Out and can explain that depression for me, equals: Sadness (not just the feeling, the character) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
