Do any other lithium users struggle in the hot weather? I can barely stand together in this heat (in the UK).

You need a lot of water. Over a gallon a day. And salty food for absortion.
The sun burn differently to say the least on Li. I live in Flprida and spend hrs at the beach
with no mayor concecuences. Sorry for the wording. Can't spellcheck, one have 1 eye working today.

It's been close to 120F here all week. I have intense cravings for things like sprite, powerade, ect. Water doesn't seem to quench my thirst
