I have a big event with my business tomorrow and I really could use some good vibes and/or prayers!
I recently had a med switch and I don't think it is enough antipsychotic because I'm often hypomanic lately. I've been stressed about this event, and I was pacing around this evening, having a hard time relaxing. My pdoc is out of the country, so I can't call him tomorrow (it's a Saturday anyway and they don't have an after- hours service), SO... I increased my Risperdal (pdoc told me I could increase it if I ever got too hypomanic). I know I did the right thing, and I used to take that dosage recently, anyway. I also took extra Xanax. Please send good vibes/ prayers that I can get good sleep tonight, be stable tomorrow, and enjoy this special event (and hopefully increase my business in the process)! Thanks! P.S. I see my pdoc next week, so I can update him on what I've been taking, what my symptoms have been, etc.

Thanks, guys! My restlessness went away after taking the extra Risperdal and Xanax, so I felt pretty "normal" today (my kind of normal... HA!).
 I may have even gotten some more new business out of the deal, too.
