What is the Lithium level your doctor likes to keep you around with your Lithium treatment?

Mine went up pretty high at one point (can't remember exactly what, but maybe 0.9 or 1.0??) and now it's down to 0.4. I see my pdoc Thursday, so we'll see what he decides to do.

I've been feeling hypomanic, so I know he needs to increase something.

.7 is where I feel best, and I'm currently at .5 so I expect an increase from her 2 weeks from now
Thanks for this!

Relax. I've been at .5 from the get go. Doing super so far.
I hope I never need more, because I can't take more. 1 600mg pill is all she will write.
