What is considered "childish" that you still do? Do you find they help with your BP symptoms?*

I love playing with Legos, using water guns, playing laser tag, and popping bubble wrap. hehe. Bubble wrap is actually a really good de-stressor!

It comforts me when I'm depressed and generally helps me fall asleep.

I live off of candy when I'm having a mania situation. I'm like a little kid.

I have a little pink stuffed dog with huge eyes that I sleep with sometimes. His name is Glaze.

He does have glazed eyes.

And, upon reflection, he does look like he has a drug problem. He's a drug addict. He needs rehabilitation. He has a stash under the bed I'm sure.

He's sleeping with you so that you turn a blind eye to his drug habit.

A lot of people sleep with others to get what they want, and Glaze is no exception despite being a 'stuffed animal'

Sometimes I pig out on cake for breakfast....or replace a healthy meal with cake and milk. I definitely think this improves my outlook on life when I choose to do this -- because it's a destresssor for me. I don't do it often, as I am diabetic and it's so bad for me.... so it's childish that I would binge on cake.

Did that this morning. Ate some of my sister's birthday cake. She got pissed that I ate the last slice, too.

I think sex and kissing are gross, I giggle at sudden burps, and I sing the "Fraggle Rock" theme song anywhere, unabashedly. I eat too many sweets as well.
