On day 3 of Rexulti and I am completing everyday tasks. It doesn't seem to be helping my anxiety much, but it's sure helping the anhedonia/sleep all day aspect of bipolar depression. And this might not seem big to many of you, but I actually started reading a book (game of thrones) and got really far which doesn't happen in a bipolar depression for me. I also just enjoyed my Sunday, meditated, lit some sage, played a video game. I feel like there's a new hope for me and a couple weeks ago I had tied my bedsheet around a pipe im my bedroom, I was going to hang myself. Life feels easier ---- just for today.

Sounds awesome. Really big change from before. I'm glad you found a good read. That series is on my list to read, too.
