omg. Amazon Prime Day is evil!

I just bought $400 worth of s***

Too much impulsive shopping for the day.

Makes me hate holidays lol. (Technically not a holiday, but Amazon treats it that way.)

It's like, "OMG you have 10 minutes to buy this deal before it goes away!" Then I'm like, "s*** s*** s***. Do I buy or walk away? Obv I have to buy!"

Totally triggering. Agreed?

I bought 350 bottles of nail polish because they were on sale and I "needed them" for work. That was before some one told me about the dollar tree having them.

I stayed off amazon today. I don't have any money to spend so it was best to just avoid temptation.

So when you come down can you return any of that or is it all stuff you have been wanting anyway and can afford? I bought a laptop and a new wardrobe. I spent $1000 A week Which is a lot for me.

Yeah, I totally should have stayed off Amazon.

I didn't even know it was Prime Day! I logged in to go check something (can't remember what). That's when I saw the Prime Day thing and suddenly I lost track of time AND my bank account balance!

I don't think I'm hypo/manic though. I just LOVE Prime Day! I missed most of it last year and was a bit mad about that!

It's just triggering lol. So I need to cool my jets before all this erupts into hypo/mania

Did you at least but something for me?

I spent some money on skincare today. I need to get back to taking care of myself, inside and out.... So I hope the skin care is a good step, not a frivolous purchase.

Enjoy your goodies, unless you plan to return them, in which case good luck and smooth returns to you.

Noooo I want all these things! I don't want to return!

I bought: a bunch of Blu Rays... like 15 of them (was around $240 for all that), a Blu Ray player for $50, 3 books (was around $30), and about $100 worth of food (canned goods, snacks, drinks, candy, hot chocolate lol).

@ElsaMars: you can have some of my food while we watch my Blu Rays!

I'm an Amazon Prime fan. I'm glad that I didn't know about the sale. Return what you can't afford and don't want.

It's basically Amazon's equivalent of Black Friday where they have really great deals. Prime Day only lasts for 1 day, though... and certain deals are only available for a few hours, while some are available all day. Totally depends on the item. Also, there is a limit on how many people who can "claim" a deal. I guess it's because Amazon has limited stock on items

When is the stupid sale?. I need a 90" TV. Only every day they add more **** and the prices remain the same.

I deliberately kept my money in cash form for Prime Day so I couldn't put in any orders.

Missed it

I didn't see any TVs on sale though... except a crappy 20" or something, and I was looking at all the electronics all day

Also bought 7 more items today lol

I was a little disappointed, when I missed out on most of the prime day "deals", but I know there's nothing I need, and I committed to No Buy July this month.
