I am trying to see if lowering my clozaril just a tiny bit gives me more motivation during the day. My pdoc also told me (again) that I can use Nuvigil on days I need to be busy. I was supposed to get a feel for the new dose before trying Nuvigil. That seemed fine.

Today I watched my nieces so I took the Nuvigil since I had a 2 hour drive in the morning. And while I often have a harder time sleeping after being overstimulated by little girls I am WIDE awake, like in cleaning stuff out of my closet to clean up a possible senior cat accident. But I have a feeling that I shouldn't have combined Nuvigil and the lower dose yet. Not really manic, just a bit high and I am pretty sure it will go away soon if I sleep tonight.

I've also pushed myself extremely hard the last 5 days and that won't help anything; I have been known to push into hypomania before. And I feel like I need a 3 hour therapy session this week because of several things hitting at once.

I took PRN gabapentin and so far nothing. Hydroxyzine is up next.

I do not miss being up all night like I was for so long.

Well, you're not alone, I'm still up as well. In my case, I had a double espresso way too late in the day. Funnily enough, I just cleared up an accident of my senior cat's as well. In my case, I not long ago took 50mg extra of Seroquel and am waiting -hopefully- for it to put me to sleep.

But I'm not feeling high like you do. And it looks like you've been hit by a freight train full of a lot of things at once lately. I'm so sorry you're going through such a hard time.

May sleep come soon, for the both of us
Thanks for this!

Thats Gaby. I finally got some sleep and hope you did too. I have to get busy with some housework soon but really just want to sleep the extra medication away.

Hopefully tonight we both sleep.
