I've regressed and haven't been to my mma class in a week. I feel this overwhelming anxiety. I feel as it is another issue and don't know what it is. Can you guys help me out and help me find what the issue is. I'm getting more comfortable being myself and am not worried to as how I look. I actually got dressed to go and saw myself and said yup definetly need it. It is something I enjoy doing but since my depression haven't been able to go but I want to.

Now doc warned me Wellbutrin can exacerbate my anxiety. I've been good with it till it comes time to go to my mma class. Last time I made it I took two klonopin a beforehand. I really don't believe Wellbutrin is the culprit.

Maybe it is the class itself? Does the class make you feel vulnerable? Let's explore the MMA class and what it means to you.

Personally speaking when I was on Welbutrin, it did make my anxiety worse, and it may or may not be the case for you, but I wouldn't rule it out yet.

I always wanted to do a karate like class since I was a kid. When I was finally able to afford one I loved it. Sometimes the classes or difficult. I think sometimes I'm afraid of failing but other times I know that's part of the learning process. I don't feel vulnerable at least not that I can think of.

wellbutrin was/is an AMAZING med for me. i still take a benzo for anxiety, the depression the wellbutrin lifted didn't take away anxiety like it did with the that super intense depression, and i do have BP1. hugs

Wellbutrin aggravated my anxiety. It was too bad because it was great for my depression.
