i have done the same thing in the past, I hate it when it happens but i think its par for the course no matter what kind of mental illness you have

That's what I did today also. So now I am still awake. I can feel the tiredness set in but no way to go to sleep.

I prefer to sleep all day during the summer since the bedroom is very cool, I up awake all night when it is cooler in the rest of the house. So I don't know how much is MI and how much is lack of air conditioning.

Lol I do this like every day because I'm a night owl. Seroquel makes it pretty easy to sleep the day away if you don't set an alarm! Plus my bf works third shift so I like to sleep in and wake up with him for work. Nothing sucks like me waking up early and waiting for him to get up all day.
