Saw my pdoc today and admitted I keep forgetting my noontime dose of Latuda and asked if we can drop and he said yes! I'm also allowed to take my Ativan prn now instead of three times a day. Since visteral doesn't help sleep we dropped that too and I can take N Ativan as needed.

Love my pdoc!!!!!

ALSO saw t yesterday and we talked about my bpd dx and how different I am now and she thinks when I graduate from DBT class we might reassess and drop that dx because I'm 100% better according to her.

Life is SO different for me this year. It took psychosis and 33 days in hospital with my current pdoc to figure out just what I needed to have a good life.
