New to Phoenix. Would love another long time high functioning (so what is that ?LOL Well, I worked all my life, highly educated, semi retired) bipolar woman to attend informational Mesa group, have coffee, visit best thrift shop in W Valley (optional), etc. It would be great if we could help spot each others mood swings eventually. I'm basically introverted, thinking about starting an online business with low start up costs.
Hope to hear from you!

wish I were in Phoenix- it would be nice to interact socially with someone who can understand BP. I do go to a group, but try to keep interactions in the group space. know this is an older post, just wondering if you've found some friends, support there.

take care

Look up NAMI and see where they have meetings in your area...

I would imagine you could find lots of people that deal with Bipolar and are looking for a friend.
