People who are big liars tend to be very triggering for me...

I'm upset because my post office has not been delivering packages I order online.

I noticed that we tend to get other people's mail, sometimes our neighbor's mail, other times mail for people who live a few miles from us. So, I'm willing to bet the dumb mailman either delivered my packages to someone else or he lost them. Either way, he is 100% denying that he did anything wrong.

Maybe the sorting people sorted the mail wrong, but that doesn't even matter. The mailman should be checking what he's delivering!

We contacted the post office, and you know what they said? They said we needed to contact the driver. And of course the a-hole 100% denied any wrongdoing. So what's the point in even complaining? Now I bet he's purposely going to f*** us over because he knows the post office won't do anything about it.

This is so triggering for me because I'm pissed! I lost $300 worth of s*** because of this a-hole. Now I have to go talk to all the vendors who I bought stuff from and explain the situation.

I'm sorry you lost so much money to that asshole. Hopefully now that you complained he'll stop doing it as much.

there's a price you pay for convenience, but i'd say wait till you get someone else's mail and go to the post office with it, keep doing that to establish a pattern. maybe they would be able to do something then.

Sounds strange, the post office should be responsible for their drivers actions. I would continue to complain, if the immediate supervisors do nothing then I would try to contact someone above them. Several years a ago there was a mail person who was stealing packages (in a city near me, I saw it on the news), the postal service launched an investigation and found out he was stealing packages and reselling the items online and in local pawn shops. If the postal service continues to do nothing talk to you neighbors and find out if they are having similar problems, if so go to a news station in your area and see if their investigative reports would look into it. I'm truly sorry you are going through this. Liars are probably very triggering for most people.

Go back to the Post Office and talk to the Postmaster. Tell him/her you're going to contact the Postal Inspector if this isn't resolved. That will get their attention. The PI will be *all over* this one.

Also, make sure you document everything - dates, times, conversations, etc.
