Why does it hurt to breathe? I've been not happy or sad for days, just there. My sons laughter makes me cringe. I should be thrilled he's home. All I want to do is sleep but I'm not tired. I can do stuff I just don't want to. I want to OD but I wont. I'm not suicidal.

All I've done for the past year was sleep. They said I was still depressed. Now I've been pushing myself to get out and do stuff.

I'm sorry you're so down. I recently was down due to hormones. It was horrible. I talked to my good friend. She helped me through it. I slept a lot too. Can you try just distracting yourself with some mindless tv?

Sounds like depressive episode. Not functioning, sleeping a lot. A big sign for me is sleeping just to pass time.

Have you been checked out for physical causes, like walking pneumonia?
