How many things have you started with the utmost passion and excitement but not finished?

I have so much trouble seeing things through. Next year I want to study again but failed to obtain my degree at three different universities already. No one thinks I can do it, including myself. I take up a hobby then I quit because it doesn't interest me anymore. I start a project at home - but never finish.

Yup! I wanted to learn sign language paid to learn online and never finished it. Bought a chanter as I want to learn to play the bagpipes haven't followed through. Went to college and left 2 months short of finishing, reading books start but don't finish. House work the exact same

Sometimes I'm great at follow through and finish one thing after the next. When on the depressed side, I can't finish anything. Sorry you are struggling. (((Hugs)))

this is actually 1 of my pet hates

people starting something and saying they'll have it done by a certain time, and 2 weeks down the line they've not actually done it.

so with that in mind, if i start something, i try to see it through to the end regardless of how i'm feeling at the time

their have been times where i've started things without finishing what i was doing before, but this is few and far between and i do try and fix the situation as soon as i realise i've done it

You actually made me realise something now... I am actually better at completing a task for someone else than for myself. When I tell someone I will do something for them I will always do it. I always do my job, and I am never late with projects.

It is just the things that I do for myself - only myself that I almost never see through?
