I've been on 400mg Lithium for 4 days so far, and I'm missing Lamictal so much already... My emotional flatness came back, along with my anxiety, blunt memory and low sex drive... I don't know if it's due to Lithium that I'm feeling this way, but since it's mania preventive medication so most probably this is the reason. It's like I don't feel badly depressed or overly hyped, just stuck in between. I want to feel whatever I can but I can't. I went on a date, it was really amazing but I was frustrated that I couldn't get cloud 9 feeling.
What can I do to help me with this?
Should I call up my pdoc?
What is a good cocktail to take with lithium to feel again just like Lamictal?
I really need some saving from this awful state.. sigh..

Lithium did all that to me, I'm sorry you are feeling that way, I added abilify and lowered the dose of lithium in order to feel again. Abilify increased anxiety for me however.

Lamictal can be taken with Lithium. They work in different areas.

Gonna get my doc to prescribe me that. Maybe it will work for me too. Thanks.
