Sorry to bump down new threads but I haven't been around for a while and went back about 5 pages. Missed you all and hope you are all well!

As for me, I am down to 4 meds!!! Pristique, Novane, Lamictal, and Klonapin (and still haldol as needed). I am entirely awake these days and functional. I am no longer entirely sedated. This leads me more able to function. Life seems so much lighter!

I still feel a deep saddness but I did lose my aunt and it appears my husband and I are severing ties. I am, however, overcoming my frequent suicidal thoughts.

Oh...and I am sorry for any redundancy, I didn't always read all of the responses.

Cash, it sounds like you are handling all this with great strength and grace. I am so glad that your meds are better (and they make sense!). I hope this combination works for you for many, many years.

It sounds as though you are in a better place emotionally now and starting to accept the divorce. That's great! I hope you can continue to grow and stabilize even when things are going crazy in your life. You deserve it!

It's good to see you again, cashart! Your post reads strong. I could feel it and hear your strength. This is great and I'm so glad for you!

Condolences on your aunt. And husband situation. Life's challenges don't go away, do they? But you are navigating well. That's the important thing.

Functioning well, handling life, a good working med combo -- it seems you are in the sweet spot, sweetie! So happy you are there! May you have continued balance and strength.

Hello! Long time, no talk.

Is this schizoaffective diagnosis something new? Is it helpful? Sounds like different meds are working out well.
