I saw something in Facebook that told a kid to go to a retirement home and look at all the seniors there. Some will be miserable and I think we know those kind that regret doing a lot of things in their lives. Then think of your present day and what do you regret. What did you regret yesterday, week ago month ago year ago. Do I want to be that senior who is miserable and unbearable crying and mad just cause of so much regret? I have so many already. I can't have anymore.

I decided to do a daily morning list of things I would regret if I don't get it done. What do you think?

Great idea, I wish I'd done it 35 years ago.

I have a lot of regrets, too many to list. I could have been so many things in my life. But I have re-dedicated myself to being happy and content with who I have become and I am fighting/ignoring all of the influences that keep dragging me down.

At age 50, the clock is ticking on someone like me. I'm tired of being angry about who I am. It's a self loathing cycle of self loathing.

I regret nothing, I tell myself that all my experiences good and bad have led me to who I am now and not to worry about changing what happened. What's done is done.

There's probably some things I will regret, but now I'm focused on the present moment and what I can do here.
