I don't know if anyone can relate but when I have to read or write something like an essay or put together a PowerPoint I most often end up in a mixed episode. I can feel OK to start with but after about 1 hour I start to feel like my mind is racing all over the place, I can't organise my thoughts and its hard to stay sitting down. I feel so depressed and irritable and of course I get nothing done. Usually until the next day or later once the episode has decreased. But then it is just back again...

Can anyone relate? It has really limited my ability to work or study. I don't really understand why it is such a big trigger.

Would it make you feel any better to preemptively map out the project, even in the crudest "beginning, middle, end" schematic, to help you relax, organize your thoughts, and flesh out your ideas?
