It seems that when I have episodes, they are often mixed. Sometimes I get a little bit of pure hypo, but it quickly turns into a mixed episode.

I woke up this morning feeling mildly depressed, and so I had a little caffeine and turned on some music to try to perk up, and now I feel like pacing and close to having an anxiety attack. Ugh.

Yesterday I had a really bad episode, brought on by work stress. I saw my pdoc yesterday afternoon and he increased my Abilify to 15 mg (from 10). He's also decreasing my Lithium because I think I may be having Lithium side-effects again. SIGH.

I hope this gets better SOON!
