I'm just wondering everyone's experience with Zoloft. For me it gives me restless arms while I'm trying to sleep. Does anyone else have this problem? I take it in the morning. Would taking it at night be any different?

Gave me crazy twitching in arms and legs. Not sure if the time difference would help or not.

Wow, what variety of experiences w/this med (-realize this is no revelation, but am constantly surprised by how meds I tolerate/do not tolerate can affect others).

Am on Zoloft, as well - yeah, it does make me restless, too.... I have chronic insomnia anyway, but wonder if it might be more aggravated by Zoloft...? This gives me a great question for my next appt - thanks for posting about this.

If you try taking it later in the day, hope you w/update with any difference this did/did not make.

Take care

ADs are a no no for me lol. I was on Zoloft as a 13 year old once and it made me suicidal.

ADs are also terrible for me. Zoloft started out making me hypomanic, then paranoid and full-blown manic. I was eating all the time too.

Zoloft made me dead inside. I wasn't suicidally depressed anymore, but NOTHING held any joy, amusement, happiness, contentment, peace, or even interest for me. My husband and I both agreed that, despite the lows I was hitting prior to it, the Zoloft was worse.

Zoloft made me feel numb. I wasn't depressed. I also wasn't happy. I wasn't creative. I didn't really feel anything except tired and apathetic. I didn't cry, I didn't laugh. I didn't stay on it for long... maybe 6 months? I wasn't depressed, which I guess was the point, but I missed feeling something... anything.

The last time I was on Zoloft it made me sweat profusely and gave me a migraine. It did nothing for my mood.
