Finally got my phone back. They took it from me because I snuck off the unit last night. Walked all the way to the cafeteria and it was closed PDoc in hospital is bad. Why should I trust him. I think I am starting to feel better thou. The mania is slipping away.

LOL! I think the cafeteria is quite a ways away from the unit.
Glad you have your phone and are doing better!

try to calm down as you can't change anything in the first several days. Once you demonstrate to them that you are cooperative and can talk calmly they ought to inturn show you increased signs of respect including opportunities to share in discussion and formulation of a plan - including discharge. The more you fight this the harder that is going to be. You need to show them you are reasonably sound and willing to work together with them to imprve your health.

I am playing thier game. Saying what I need to say to get better. It is easier to do now that my psychosis is gone.

I am actually looking forward to seeing the results of the genetic screening. I wonder what meds I have taken that are no good for me.
