Maybe from taking Sublinox or Zoplicone.

Has anyone ever done this?

When I was on Seroquel I did this. I hated it. Got off that drug pronto.

Do you remember doing it at all?

I'm having a real issue with getting up and eating in the middle of the night. I know what I'm doing but I have no self control with it. I've gained a bunch of weight but I don't know what to do. My cat wakes me up to feed him and I kind of blindly go to the kitchen and feed both of us!

I can't say enough about this supplement. For whatever reason, it keeps my depression at bay and I feel so much better when I take it.

I did it on seriously badly. I gained 40 lbs on seriously. The only thing that worked for me was getting off Seroquel. Sorry you're dealing with this. Hugs.

I have delt with night eating for many years. Therapist says I'm trying to fill some void. Loneliness is a major problem for me. He said when I wake up, write down how I feel at that moment but, I'm so sleepy that I can't even think.

I've done this off and on for years. I also take zoplicone and I will get up and eat at night. I have no memory of it... Just what my husband says. Apparently I've almost burned the house down a few times. It just piles on the weight and I don't know what to do about it. But just so you know there is someone else in your corner.

Maybe it is Zopiclone that does it. Do you take a different sleeping pill instead?
