Faking it til I make it is why I'm currently doing. Id like a vacation from this world (except from one person) and just shut everyone out! I want to just lay in bed and sleep and not participate in life but I make myself get up. I see t tomorrow. How will I answer when she asks how things have been last two weeks-blah.
I feel spiders crawling on me so I'm freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate it! Sad again but pretending I'm ok. I'd still call and let him know sooner. Maybe he can get you straightened out before Friday. Just want you to be good and not uncomfortable.

I think I have called p doc with a week prior to visit and had a tweak.

They're closed now so he wouldn't get message til late tomorrow anyway. I see him early afternoon Friday.

My stomach hurts from all the anxiety
 and I just feel so sad today even though I'm trying not to be. I just want to sleep! I'm full of worry about all kinds of stuff. Anything and everything is worrisome.
