I am at a virtual standstill when it comes to concentration. I have a complete lack of incentive and my wanders continually when trying to get something done.
I blame my meds.

I suffer from lack of ability to concentrate, even though I'm on ADHD meds.

I go thru periods like this... like my focus is on 100 things at all time and I can not tolerate a single pont of focus. Usually when I get in my anxious modes.

That happens when I feel anxious and get into a thought loop. Like right now, the person I share a small office with has horrible body odor I can't escape, sometimes that's all I think about. Goodbye focus and concentration.

Ughhh dang I usually can't concentrate all that well if I'm super depressed or if I'm hypo.

Hope you're okay
